Qualifications

• Reading drawings, specifications and safety/quality standards.
• Clear verbal and written communication required.
• Ability to perform basic trade maths and use concrete tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive working relationships with all crew members.
• Produce high quality work safely and productively.
• Provide feedback to ensure material/tools/equipment are available.
• Seek opportunities to improve tasks and share knowledge.
• Perform precise trade calculations as needed.
• Inspect work for accuracy and compliance with plans.
• Eliminate waste such as waiting and rework.
