Sundt Construction is seeking an experienced Concrete Carpenter Foreman for a high-profile industrial project in Phoenix. You will lead form fabrication, vertical walls and columns, and oversee crew safety, quality, and productivity with strong coordination across teams.

Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, coaching crew members, and ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget. Pre-employment drug screening and reliable transportation required.

Qualifications

• Must have four years' experience in concrete construction management or a closely related trades field.
• Ability to lead and supervise crews, mentor workers, and enforce safety and quality standards.
• Effective verbal and written communication with crews and management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and supervise concrete carpentry work including form fabrication, walls, and columns.
• Coordinate crew activities, ensure safety, quality, and productivity targets.
• Develop weekly plans and ensure work is on schedule and under budget.
• Maintain clean, safe job sites and foster positive working relationships.
