Qualifications

• Experience: 1–4 years in industrial/commercial construction carpentry (level I–Sr.).
• Able to read and interpret drawings, specs, safety and quality standards; use trade tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive working relationships with all crew members.
• Produce high quality work safely and productively at all times.
• Provide feedback to ensure materials, tools, and information are available.
• Look for opportunities to improve tasks and share knowledge with others.
• Apply high proficiency in trade mathematics.
• Inspect subordinates' work for accuracy and compliance.
• Eliminate waste such as waiting, rework, and material transport.
