Qualifications

• Four years' experience in the relevant construction market.
• Leadership, safety, quality and productivity standards for crew.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to company policies and supervise crew per the Sundt Way.
• Ensure evaluations and performance agreements are conducted.
• Maintain accurate time sheets, quantities, and productivity reports.
• Promote continuous improvement across the crew.
• Lead safety, quality, production, and planning meetings.
• Develop weekly work plans and align with the 6-week schedule.
• Set weekly production goals and complete work on time and under budget.
• Maintain safe, clean work environments and high-quality output.
• Foster positive relations with foremen and crews.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to crew members.
