Qualifications

• Experience in industrial/commercial concrete construction.
• Ability to read drawings, specifications, and safety/quality standards.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lay out, and perform carpentry work per plans, specs, and codes.
• Maintain positive relationships with crew and superintendent.
• Produce high-quality work safely and efficiently.
• Provide feedback to ensure materials, tools, and information are available.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and share knowledge.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with plans and specs; correct deficiencies.
• Eliminate waste in work processes.
