Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3–5 years of concrete construction experience preferred in industrial settings.
• Proficiency in mixing, pouring, and finishing concrete; reading blueprints.
• Knowledge of forms, reinforcement practices, and epoxy pours is advantageous.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications; strong safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Mix concrete according to specified ratios and pour into forms to create foundations, slabs, walls, and containment areas.
• Finish surfaces with hand and power tools to achieve desired texture and appearance.
• Repair damaged concrete structures, patch cracks, and apply protective coatings.
• Set up and dismantle concrete forms, ensuring proper alignment and stability.
• Place rebar and reinforcement materials as per design specifications.
• Perform excavation tasks and operate heavy equipment to support construction work.
• Follow safety regulations and wear PPE; identify hazards and maintain a safe site.
• Communicate with team and supervisors to address issues and meet timelines.
• Be prepared to perform cross-functional tasks as needed.
