Qualifications

• Epoxy pours experience is advantageous.
• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong safety awareness and regulations compliance.
• Physically capable and able to work outdoors.
• Legal work authorization in the United States.
• Experience with excavation and operating heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Mixing and pouring concrete according to specified ratios.
• Finish surfaces using floats, trowels, and screeds.
• Repair damaged concrete and apply protective coatings.
• Construct and dismantle forms; place rebar per design.
• Excavate and prepare sites for concrete construction.
• Operate heavy equipment to assist construction tasks.
• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE at all times.
• Identify hazards and communicate with team.
• Follow detailed supervisor instructions.
• Be versatile and perform related tasks as needed.
