Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 3–5 years in concrete construction, preferably industrial.
• Skills: Concrete mixing, pouring, finishing; ability to read construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Mix and pour concrete according to specified ratios to create foundations, slabs, and walls.
• Finish surfaces using hand and power tools to achieve desired texture.
• Repair damaged concrete structures by patching cracks and resurfacing.
• Set up and dismantle concrete forms securely.
• Place and secure rebar and reinforcement materials per design.
• Excavate sites and prepare for concrete construction.
• Operate heavy equipment (excavators, skid steers) on site.
• Adhere to safety regulations and wear PPE at all times.
• Identify hazards and communicate with team to maintain safety.
• Be versatile and support other tasks as needed.
