Well established industrial/commercial firm doing work in eastern PA and NJ has an opening.
Construction Project Managers manage the financial, scheduling, customer relations, and quality control aspects of multiple projects with full accountability. Penn Valley’s projects range from $1 to $20 million, including automobile dealerships, warehouses, and specialty manufacturing buildings.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Construction Project Managers should also reflect strong writing skills in preparing contract documents, maintaining schedules, writing subcontracts/change orders, and issuing meeting minutes.
Minimum 10 years’ experience in construction management. 401K, benefits plus incentive.
