Job summary

Orchid Orthopedic Solutions seeks an Industrial Maintenance Technician in Michigan to diagnose, repair, and maintain CNC machinery and tooling. You will perform preventive maintenance, calibrations, and alignments to support high-quality orthopedic production.

The role requires a 5+ year background in industrial mechanics, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime. Comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 5+ years in industrial/manufacturing mechanic role.
• Driver’s license is required; Journeyman’s card desirable.
• Aerial Lift and forklift certifications are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect, diagnose, and repair CNC machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
• Install, calibrate, and set up new CNC equipment and tooling.
• Develop and perform preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Coordinate with vendors for parts and service.
