Job summary

MOHR Talent is seeking an Industrial Cleaning Technician for the second shift in Dunkirk, NY. This in-person role runs Monday through Friday from 5:30 PM to 2:00 AM with competitive pay and full-time status.

You will clean, wash, and foam heavy production equipment, sanitize lines and areas, and follow established sanitation procedures. No sanitation experience is required if you are dependable and eager to learn, with opportunities for growth within a growing food manufacturing company.

Qualifications

• Experience in sanitation or industrial cleaning preferred.
• Familiarity with food processing environments is a plus.
• Ability to follow procedures and safety rules.
• Willingness to learn sanitation procedures and chemical handling.

Responsibilities

• Clean, wash, and foam heavy machinery, production equipment, and processing areas.
• Sanitize production lines, equipment, floors, walls, and other designated areas.
• Use approved cleaning chemicals, sanitizers, and equipment following established procedures.
• Take apart and reassemble equipment components to clean them properly.
• Remove food residue, grease, and buildup from equipment and surrounding areas.
• Inspect cleaned areas to confirm they meet sanitation and food safety standards.
• Make sure equipment is clean and ready before the next production shift.
• Follow GMPs, OSHA requirements, and company safety policies.
• Report equipment issues and sanitation concerns to your supervisor.
• Keep hoses, foamers, and cleaning tools clean and organized.

A well established and growing food manufacturing company with a team that cares about their people is hiring an Industrial Cleaning Technician for the second shift. You will clean, wash, and foam heavy production equipment so everything is spotless and ready for the next shift. No sanitation experience? No problem if you are dependable and eager to learn.

What You’ll Do:

• Clean, wash, and foam heavy machinery, production equipment, and processing areas
• Sanitize production lines, equipment, floors, walls, and other designated areas
• Use approved cleaning chemicals, sanitizers, and equipment following established procedures
• Take apart and reassemble equipment components to clean them properly

What You Bring:

• Sanitation or industrial cleaning experience is preferred but not required

• Ability to follow instructions and hold high sanitation standards
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented, whether on your own or on a team
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach through a full shift around heavy machinery and wet floors
