Job summary

Neenah Foundry Company in Medley, FL is hiring for a Clean-Up/General Labor position. The role provides cross-training across foundry operations, including pattern exchange, hauling iron, setting cores, blowing out molds, and general clean-up of production areas.

The position requires 18+ years old, no prior experience needed as training is provided, and shifts are 10–12 hours with overtime and some Saturdays. Health, dental, disability insurance, and 401k with company match are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• No previous experience required, we will train you.
• Must be physically able to stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to tolerate hot working conditions and a loud environment.
• Shifts: Must be available to work 10-12 hour shifts.
• Must be available for overtime as production needs require.
• Monday – Friday, some Saturdays required.

Responsibilities

• Sweep and shovel sand
• Setting cores on molding line
• Pattern set up and pattern exchange
• Read and follow process sheets
• Core clean up
• Using basic hand, air tools and hand hoists
• Forklift operation as required
