Job summary

Neenah Foundry Miami Operations in Medley, FL, is hiring for general labor roles on day shifts. You will assist on the molding line, operate basic hand tools, and help with sand and core setting, following process sheets to support production goals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• No previous experience required; we will train you
• No educational requirements
• Must be able to stand for long periods
• Must tolerate hot working conditions and a loud environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be comfortable working in small spaces

Responsibilities

• Sweep and shovel sand
• Set cores on molding line
• Pattern set up and pattern exchange
• Read and follow process sheets
• Core clean up
• Use basic hand, air tools and hand hoists
• Operate forklift as required
