Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Mix, pour concrete according to specified ratios and forms.
• Finish surfaces using hand and power tools to the desired texture.
• Repair damaged concrete structures and apply protective coatings.
• Set up and dismantle concrete forms per design.
• Place and secure rebar and other reinforcement elements.
• Perform site excavation and prepare foundations.
• Operate heavy equipment like excavators and skid steers as needed.
• Follow safety regulations and wear PPE at all times.
• Identify hazards and communicate mitigations to the team.
• Maintain a positive, cooperative work environment.
• Follow detailed supervisor instructions and project timelines.
• Be versatile and assist with related tasks to support project goals.
