Qualifications

• 4 years journeyman-level carpentry experience.
• NCCER Carpenter certification, TWIC card, and a valid driver’s license are required.
• Must meet safety, physical, and environmental requirements.

Responsibilities

• Study blueprints and building plans to determine layout and materials.
• Shape and cut materials to measurements using hand tools, machines or power saws.
• Follow safety rules and maintain a clean, safe work site.
• Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, and ramps as needed.
• Repair or replace damaged structural parts using hand tools.
• Maintain records and report progress in writing.
• Install forms or chutes for pouring concrete and verify structure trueness.
