Qualifications

• Experience as civil/commercial carpenter with knowledge of trade practices.
• Solid ability to read and interpret construction blueprints.
• Physically capable of lifting 50+ pounds and working in varied environments.

• Valid State ID or Driver License.

Responsibilities

• Construct, erect, install, and repair structures using wood, plywood, and wallboard.
• Read, interpret, and execute blueprints and layouts.
• Perform painting and coating with professional-grade materials and equipment.
• Move, lift, and rearrange office furniture and materials for renovations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite.
• Support project foreman and facility manager as needed.
