Ogura Industrial Corp is seeking a motivated New Business Development Associate / Operations Support to drive growth for existing accounts and new opportunities from our Somerset, NJ office. This role blends account management, sales support, and market research to support cross-functional teams.

You will collaborate with sales, engineering, finance, customer service, and management to deliver results, manage multiple projects, and pursue partnerships across diverse industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Engineering background preferred.
• Experience in marketing and technical sales is advantageous.
• Minimum of 1–2 years in business development, account management, technical sales, marketing, customer service, or related field.
• Experience in industrial/manufacturing/engineering environments is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support assigned customer accounts and respond to inquiries regarding products, pricing, quotations, orders, deliveries, and technical requests.
• Maintain accurate customer records and monitor satisfaction.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs.
• Identify opportunities to expand relationships and support additional business opportunities.
• Prepare reports, forecasts, and account communications.
