The Customer Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Somerset, NJ, soon to be in South Plainfield, NJ by end of 2026. This role is responsible for managing assigned customer accounts, serving as a primary point of contact, and ensuring timely responses to inquiries, quotes, and order-related questions. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining accurate customer records, tracking orders and deliveries, coordinating with internal teams such as sales, engineering, and logistics, and resolving issues related to product availability, quality, or billing. The Customer Account Manager will monitor customer satisfaction, proactively identify opportunities for additional support or product solutions, and assist with preparing reports, forecasts, and documentation.
