Job summary

Ferguson is seeking an Industrial Branch Manager in Bakersfield to lead a team and drive local growth for industrial process piping solutions. You will align sales strategy with customer experience, develop associates, and ensure safety and operational excellence while pursuing market leadership.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee 7-9 staff, manage a $25M market opportunity, and execute pricing, inventory, and logistics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales, management and PVF industry experience.
• Proven P&L execution.
• Outstanding Sales Leadership, Market Development expertise.

Responsibilities

• Own the Roof, 5 Daily Activities, P&L management, sales growth, customer service and associate development.
• Build customer relationships and own House Account customers.
• Implement strategy at the local level; drive pricing, inventory and logistics.
• Supervise and empower all associates to champion a customer-first, high-performance culture.
• Lead a First in Safety Culture adhering to HSE policies and encouraged behaviors.
