• Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Strong leadership and communication skills
• P&L understanding and financial controls
• Outside sales or negotiation and influencing experience
• Construction or industrial markets experience helpful
• High accountability, time management and willingness to learn all aspects of the business
