Job summary

Blake Thermal Sales & Service Inc. in Portland, ME is seeking Field Service Boiler/Burner/Controls Technicians at all levels, from apprentices to senior technicians. You'll troubleshoot, tune burners, install and commission C&I equipment, work with boilers and controls, and provide world-class service with on-site support to customers.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ability for combustion tuning and analysis.
• Familiarity with boiler/ burner controls and instrumentation.
• Reading wiring diagrams and understanding HVAC/steam equipment.
• Willingness to train/apprentice and grow with the role.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and emergency maintenance/repair of boiler/burner/controls equipment.
• Install equipment at customer sites and assist pre-installation.
• Participate in on-call 24-hour emergency service rotations with overtime as applicable.
• Maintain and read reports and documentation.
