Blake Thermal Sales & Service, Inc. is seeking several Field Service Boiler/Burner/Controls Technicians for on-site work in Albany, NY and Western MA. Training is available from apprentice level through senior technician, with a focus on advanced control systems and world-class service.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on ability for combustion tuning and analysis and troubleshooting burners from 0.5 to 30 MMBTU input.
• Start-up and commissioning of C&I thermal equipment including boilers, steam systems, turbines and heat exchangers.
• Understanding of wiring diagrams, electrical, controls and instrumentation.

Aufgaben

• Perform scheduled and emergency maintenance/repair of the equipment and related systems.
• Install equipment at customer sites and provide pre-installation assistance.
• Be available for on-call 24-hour emergency service rotation with compensation for on-call time and overtime as applicable.
• Occasionally work nights and weekends to meet customer needs with advance notice.
• Maintain good communication in English and read/write reports; operate company vehicle safely.
