Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2-5 years of experience in business development, inside sales, customer service, sales support, or industrial sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified sales opportunities through outbound calling, email, LinkedIn, and strategic prospecting efforts.
• Research manufacturers, processing facilities, and target industries to identify growth opportunities.
• Engage engineering, operations, maintenance, production, and purchasing professionals to understand challenges and applications.
• Qualify opportunities and connect prospects with our Regional Sales Managers.
• Support strategic account planning and market expansion initiatives.
• Build stakeholder maps and maintain detailed customer intelligence.
• Track activity, opportunities, and pipeline development within HubSpot CRM.
• Follow up on marketing campaigns, trade show leads, and inactive accounts.
