Job summary
Daimler Truck North America is seeking an Axle Maintenance Team Member in Detroit, MI to install, troubleshoot, maintain and repair production machinery on site. The role requires basic reading of blueprints, PLC/CNC familiarity, and a disciplined approach to preventive maintenance.

Qualifications
- GED or High School Diploma is required.
- Certified Journeyperson card holder or 8 years' experience preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
- Experience with electrical/mechanical maintenance and repair.
- Experience with PLC/CNC controlled equipment.
- Experience performing planned maintenance of industrial equipment.
- Knowledge of lock-out procedures and safety practices.
Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, maintain and repair production machinery.
- Service and repair electrical and mechanical systems.
- Collaborate with engineers and service technicians regularly.
- Perform planned maintenance and setup for machining processes.
