The role requires hands-on repair of robotics, conveyors, sewing and packaging lines, and injection molding, with safety oversight and thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Industrial equipment maintenance experience required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read hydraulic and pneumatic schematics.
• Familiarity with NFPA 70E electrical safety guidelines.
• Experience with PLCs and automation controls preferred.
• Proven ability to mentor junior technicians.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on automated equipment.
• Install and support complex robotic and packaging systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical issues.
• Maintain accurate installation documentation and safety records.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations on upgrades.
• Provide on-call coverage as needed.
