Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Applies advanced knowledge to recognize and avoid hazards.
• Provides second level support for complex mechanical automation issues.
• Co-ordinates with leaders to align staffing with operations.
• Performs preventative maintenance on complex equipment.
• Troubleshoots automated systems incl. HMI, I.O., VFD, and controls.
• Installs and supports Kuka robot systems and related production equipment.
• Maintains documentation for installations and changes.
• Mentors technicians and oversees contractor work.
• Communicates issues to leadership and shares expertise.
