Job summary

Pro Services, LLC is hiring an Industrial Automation Maintenance Technician in Corsicana, TX for a 24/7 food and packaging environment. You will troubleshoot electrical and control issues, read schematics, and perform cabinet-level repairs to keep lines running.

The role covers motors, servos, VFDs, HMIs, PLCs, hydraulics and pneumatics, with a rotating 12-hour schedule and a comprehensive benefits package. Experience with Allen-Bradley, Siemens, and other major vendors is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in industrial maintenance with minimal supervision.
• Intermediate electrical skills: control voltage, single phase, 480V 3-phase.
• PLC troubleshooting at hardware and software levels, with laptop access to ladder logic.
• HMI experience and ability to review diagnostics from PLCs.

Responsibilities

• Own rapid troubleshooting to minimize downtime in a 24/7 operation.
• Diagnose electrical issues from cabinet to field devices; read schematics; perform cabinet-level troubleshooting.
• Repair and replace motors, servos, VFDs, transformers, relays, I/O modules, wiring, and sensors.
• Troubleshoot PLCs at hardware and software levels; use HMIs to aid diagnostics.
• Service extrusion hydraulics: pumps, valves, pressure sensors, and pre-built cylinder changeouts.
• Maintain pneumatic systems on packaging equipment.
• Inspect, service, and replace bearings and gearboxes.
