Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience documenting operational, safety, and environmental procedures in an industrial setting.

Responsibilities

• Conducts individual and group technical training courses for employees and customers.
• Identifies training needs to support Learning Needs Analyses.
• Supports sales functions of Portfolio Consultants.
• Revises existing course materials.
• Assists in developing new course materials.
• Participates in departmental meetings and team activities.
• Experience with cyber security is a plus.
