Job summary

Is-International-Services is seeking an experienced DCS/PLC hardware engineer in the Roswell, GA area. The role involves evaluating DCS for new and modernization projects, developing IO lists, and performing design reviews and site readiness activities.

You will participate in FAT, assist with field installation and commissioning, and prepare installation work packages. Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical and IT networking is required, with strong problem-solving and time-management skills.

Qualifications

Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, or Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, or Control disciplines).
Experience with DCS, PLC HW design is preferred.
A team player with strong problem-solving skills and task-oriented.
Self-motivated with good time management and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

Evaluate DCS for new and modernization installations; prepare IO lists.
Participate in site surveys, design reviews, site readiness, and FAT.
Develop IO lists and IO channel allocations; create loop drawings.
Perform field installation, commissioning, and update engineering docs.
Provide basic and detailed engineering of DCS cabinets and instrumentation diagrams.
