Job summary

Talentcare, LLC is seeking a motivated Controls/DCS Technician to join the Maintenance team in Gaston, SC. The ideal candidate will support manufacturing operations by maintaining and troubleshooting control systems, instrumentation, and related automation equipment.

This role includes hands-on support for Emerson DeltaV DCS and Allen Bradley PLCs, troubleshooting, system maintenance, and supporting projects regarding control systems. Strong technical skills and the ability to work in a team are essential.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years’ experience in Electrical, Instrumentation, Automation, or related technical field.
• Experience supporting DCS or control systems in an industrial environment.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and control schematics.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support for manufacturing systems using Emerson DeltaV DCS and Allen Bradley PLCs.
• Troubleshoot and maintain DCS, PLC, HMI, and instrumentation.
• Train Operations personnel on control systems.
