The role requires 5+ years in industrial automation sales, a engineering degree (BSEE preferred), and a willingness to travel about 50% to support diverse customer bases.

Qualifications

• 5+ years selling industrial automation components.
• Strong ability to develop and execute long-term account strategies.
• Experience building high-level customer relationships and uncovering decision makers.
• Willingness to travel ~50% (domestic and international).

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage new top tier customer segments, establishing relationships at commercial and engineering levels.
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, including cold calling to penetrate top tier targets.
• Maintain knowledge of customer roadmaps to uncover future opportunities.
• Promote new automation technologies with product management.
• Secure revenue growth and develop new opportunities in target industries.
• Ensure on-time delivery of solutions and meet business objectives.
• Provide accurate forecasts and CRM reporting for planning.
