Henderson Group Recruiting represents a global leader in power and thermal management solutions seeking a Sales Manager for Industrial & Automation in Raleigh, NC. You will drive growth in industrial automation, manage top accounts, and lead strategic selling with cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes new business development, relationship-building across industries, and delivering 5% YoY revenue growth while ensuring on-time delivery and accurate CRM forecasts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; BSEE strongly preferred.
• 5+ years selling industrial automation components.
• Experience with brands like Trane, SPX, Dedert or Sweson preferred.
• Ability to travel ~50% domestically and internationally.
• Strong account strategy development and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Identify and engage new top tier customer segments, establishing strong relationships at both commercial and engineering levels.
• Primary contact for assigned accounts, from daily operations to executive discussions; penetrate top tier targets via cold calling.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of customer product roadmaps to uncover future opportunities.
• Partner cross-functionally with product management to promote new industrial automation technologies.
• Secure sales revenue growth (minimum 5% year-over-year) while developing new opportunities in target industries.
• Ensure on-time delivery of customer solutions while meeting business objectives.
• Provide accurate forecasts and CRM reporting to support business planning.
