Job summary

JMJ Phillip Group is seeking a Sales Engineer in the Metro Detroit area for an industrial automation solutions provider. Build and grow relationships with existing and prospective customers, identify needs, and present technical automation solutions to drive business.

Lead engagements with decision-makers, conduct site visits and evaluations, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical sales experience in industrial automation.
• Engineering or business degree preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and business development skills.
• Ability to sell effectively through remote and in-person interactions.
• Highly organized, self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong sense of urgency with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
