Job summary

Hoffman Family of Companies in Baton Rouge is seeking a Project Manager to oversee PLC, SCADA, and BMS installation projects by organizing schedules, coordinating engineering and programming teams, and ensuring timely completion.

This at-will role requires coordinating with electrical subcontractors, managing material orders, and maintaining project documentation while traveling up to 75% to service clients across regions.

Responsibilities

• Organizes construction projects by accepting new projects from Administration and completing all required documentation.
• Hires electrical subcontractors, reviews bids, and maintains subcontract documentation.
• Directs electrical subcontractors by reviewing information, timelines, and installation methods.
• Orders project materials, coordinates with panel builders, and schedules deliveries.
• Bills construction projects by coordinating with Administration and the customer for billing needs.
• Communicates project information with Engineering/Programming, Technicians and Ops Management; attends jobsite meetings.
• Completes turnover and close-out documentation; transfers as-built data to Engineering/Programming; completes Owner Training.
• Travel up to 75% to support high-profile customers across multiple regions.
