Job summary

Prime Controls L.P. is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support project managers on system integration and industrial automation projects. You will coordinate submittals, staffing, resources, change orders, and documentation to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 3 years of experience in architecture, pre-construction, or construction. Proficiency with MS Office and scheduling tools is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction management, project management, engineering, or related field.
• 3 years full-time architecture, pre-construction, construction, or related field.
• Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to apply technological solutions to planning or implementation assignments.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing project proposals by determining time frames, costs, procedures, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project.
• Coordinate submittals, manpower and staffing, resources, change orders, project tracking and documentation.
• Maintain project documentation and updates with change orders.
• Fills in for Project Manager for meetings and other duties as needed.
