Job summary

Maple Donuts, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Multi-Trade Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to diagnose, repair and maintain highly automated packaging machinery. You will minimize downtime through preventative maintenance and emergency repairs, with a strong focus on PLCs and electrical/electronic diagnostics.

The ideal candidate has robust mechanical and electrical skills, experience with hydraulics and pneumatics, and proficient PLC troubleshooting capabilities in a fast-paced food

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
Journeyman license in a relevant trade is a major asset.
Certified PLC technician credential or OEM training preferred.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot PLC-controlled lines using RSLogix/Studio 5000 or TIA Portal.
Repair and rebuild packaging machinery, conveyors, gearboxes, pumps.
Maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems, valves and manifolds.
Troubleshoot electrical circuits up to 480V 3-Phase and motors.
Perform PMs and document actions in CMMS.
Read schematics and assist with installations and modifications.
