Maple Donuts, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Multi-Trade Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join our manufacturing team. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain complex, highly automated packaging machinery, applying hydraulics, pneumatics, gearing and advanced PLC troubleshooting to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an industrial maintenance technician or multi-craft mechanic in a heavy manufacturing or high-speed packaging environment.

Responsibilities

• PLC & Automation Troubleshooting: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and fault-find PLC-controlled production lines using programming software (e.g., Allen-Bradley RSLogix/Studio 5000, Siemens TIA Portal).
• Mechanical Systems Repair: Repair and rebuild industrial equipment, including high-speed packaging machinery, conveyors, gearboxes, pumps, compressors, and blowers.
• Fluid Power Maintenance: Diagnose and repair complex hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including proportional valves, cylinders, manifolds, and accumulators.
• Electrical Systems Maintenance: Troubleshoot industrial electrical circuits up to 480V 3-Phase, including VFDs, servo motors, sensors, relays, and motor starters.
• Preventative & Predictive Maintenance (PM/PdM): Execute scheduled PMs, use laser alignment tools, perform vibration analysis, and document all actions in the CMMS.
• Equipment Upgrades: Read and interpret mechanical blueprints, electrical schematics, and P&ID diagrams to assist engineering teams with machinery installations and modifications.
