Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in mechanical/electrical maintenance.
• HS Diploma or GED required.
• EPA Universal License preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Install/repair complex water lines and building components.
• Troubleshoot/repair/replace major facility equipment (conveyors, cranes, gates, etc.).
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, hydraulics, and pneumatic systems.
• Assist higher-level techs in troubleshooting more complex systems.
• Train lower-level technicians on maintenance procedures.
