In this role you will perform preventative maintenance, install and calibrate equipment, document repairs, and uphold rigorous safety standards to minimize downtime and maximize throughput.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in industrial maintenance or related technical field.
• Ability to troubleshoot 120V–480V electrical systems.
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints and manuals.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office for reporting.
• Hands-on experience with powered and manual industrial tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute proactive preventive maintenance to maximize equipment longevity and system availability.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults in conveyors, motors, relays, and sensors.
• Install and calibrate automated packaging and distribution hardware to meet production standards.
• Analyze mechanical failures to implement permanent corrective actions and reduce downtime.
• Document maintenance interventions and keep precise asset history records.
• Uphold safety by adhering to industrial protocols and identifying potential hazards.
