Job summary

Toyo Tires is seeking an Industrial Automation Maintenance Supervisor to lead a skilled crew in a highly automated plant. You will schedule, coach, and coordinate maintenance activities to keep production running safely and efficiently.

You’ll diagnose electrical/mechanical faults, interpret PLC logic, and drive continuous improvement while partnering with HR for upskilling and career growth. A fast-paced setting rewards proactive leadership.

Qualifications

• Two paths: technical degree or leadership + maintenance experience.
• Experience leading maintenance teams in multi-craft environments.
• Strong PLC, electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily huddles and assign work to technicians and team leaders.
• Coordinate maintenance with production to minimize downtime and maximize reliability.
• Coach and develop team members; drive safety, quality, and ISO compliance.

You align priorities, assign work, and ensure everyone understands the plan. As the day unfolds, you balance manpower and materials, schedule critical interventions, and coordinate with production so throughput stays on target.
