Job summary

ManpowerGroup, a leader in workforce solutions, is seeking a Hardware Development Engineer Level 2 for a client in Mayfield Heights, OH. You will join an engineering team to design and develop industrial automation products, verify hardware architecture, and collaborate across disciplines to ensure robust prototypes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a similar technical field.
• At least 2 years of hands-on cross-functional hardware product development experience.
• Ability to read and understand schematics with design capture tools.
• Knowledge of circuit theory, microprocessors, digital logic, analog and DC-power, CPLDs/FPGAs.
• Hands-on experience with debuggers, oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on an agile team to design and develop new industrial automation products, including overall architecture and hardware verification.
• Program, analyze, and troubleshoot electronic hardware prototypes to ensure optimal performance.
• Prepare detailed product design documentation and comprehensive test reports.
• Contribute to technical initiatives such as researching emerging technologies, implementing new circuit design tools, and troubleshooting failures.
• Work with technical peers to implement test automation and design simulation solutions, enhancing product reliability.
