Job summary
ProStaffing is partnering with a well-established fabrication manufacturing company to identify an experienced Electronics & Automation Technician. If you enjoy solving complex electrical and automation issues while supporting high-speed manufacturing equipment, this is an excellent opportunity to join a stable organization that values technical expertise and continuous improvement.
Based in High Point, NC, this is a full-time, first-shift role with hourly pay ranging from $30 to $35.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of industrial electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience troubleshooting PLC-based automated equipment.
- Working knowledge of AC/DC circuits, motor controls, and power distribution.
- Experience with HMIs, VFDs, sensors, and industrial automation controls.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair industrial electrical and automation equipment.
- Troubleshoot PLC-based machinery, HMIs, sensors, drives, and motor controls.
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Install, modify, and improve electrical control systems and automation equipment.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and control prints.
- Document repairs and maintenance activities.
