Job Opportunity: Industrial Automation Electrician

Locations: Fairfield, San Francisco, and Sacramento Areas

Position: Industrial Automation Electrician in an automation environment

Compensation: Pay based on experience, certifications, licenses, and endorsements

Typical Job Duties:

1. Reading and interpreting specifications and blueprints
2. Installing, servicing, and repairing conduits, wiring, and fixtures
3. Conducting electronic inspections and tests
4. Grounding electrical systems
5. Servicing generators, motors, and high voltage systems
6. Performing electrical work on environmental regulating systems, pumps, and industrial lighting systems
7. Installing, maintaining, and repairing heavy-duty equipment and industrial communication systems
8. Cleaning circuit boards and contacts
9. Oiling motors and replacing wiring
10. Troubleshooting and repairing electrical components
11. Working with programmable logic and automation controls

Tools and Equipment: Electric welders, high-voltage portable cables, electrode-type boilers, cranes, hoists, switchgear, industrial control assemblies, capacitors, reactors, and storage batteries exceeding 1,000 volts.

Additional Positive Considerations:

• OSHA 10 / 30 - valid cards
• Prior verifiable experience in auto industry environments
• Veteran status
