Job summary

Ball Corporation is seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician Technician to ensure reliability, safety, and efficiency of high‑speed production equipment in the aluminum can process.

The role covers installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, including PLCs and automation controls, with 12‑hour rotating shifts (4 days on/off). NFPA 70E compliance and strong teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in industrial maintenance.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Electrical Technology qualification; familiarity with NFPA 70E standards.
• Computers skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair 24V-600V electrical systems and control panels.
• Program and troubleshoot PLCs (Rockwell preferred).
• Inspect, install, and upgrade electrical components and wiring.
• Ensure safety standards and NFPA 70E compliance across shifts.
• Document electrical diagrams and daily logs.
• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams.
