Ball Corporation seeks an electromechanical technician to support site production goals, perform installation, repair, and maintenance of high-speed process equipment, and implement improvements. The role requires basic electrical/electronic expertise, safety compliance, and strong teamwork.

The position involves rotating 12-hour shifts, potential overtime, and on-site collaboration across departments. Prior Rockwell PLC experience is preferred, with a focus on reliability and efficient line

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Job-related experience for 3 years minimum.
• Electro-Mechanical Technology Degree (Preferred).
• Rockwell PLC experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Complies with safety practices and SOPs.
• Installs, troubleshoots, repairs and maintains high-speed process equipment.
• Identifies and designs process improvements for inefficiencies.
• Diagnoses malfunctions and optimizes PLC-based control.
• Maintains logs, wiring schematics and change forms.
• Determines supplies needed for each assignment.
• Works 12-hour shifts, rotating days and nights, may require overtime/on-call.
• Follows hazardous waste management and environmental guidelines.
• Establishes positive relationships across teams.
