You will support product selection, system configuration, troubleshooting, and application development to help customers optimize their operations. This role emphasizes customer focus, collaboration with sales and manufacturers, and hands-on guidance across PLCs, HMIs, drives, sensors, and networking.

Qualifications

• Strong Siemens automation experience and familiarity with PLCs, HMIs, drives, sensors, machine safety, and industrial networking.
• Ability to review specifications, drawings, bills of materials, and customer requirements; translate them into effective automation solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to support customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Help customers identify and select automation and electrical control products
• Provide technical support by phone, email, and in person
• Assist with PLCs, HMIs, drives, sensors, safety products, networking, and control components
• Review specifications, drawings, bills of material, and customer requirements
• Work with manufacturers and sales representatives to develop solutions
• Support the sales team with product selection, quotations, and technical questions
