Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, Teams and webchat.
• Recommend sensor and controls solutions based on applications.
• Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve challenges.
• Develop technical support content and online resources.
• Assist with quotes, order entry, stock checks, and invoicing as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer support processes.
