EnerSys is seeking a production assembler to carry out various tasks to complete product assembly in a plant environment in Springfield, MO. You will start up and operate equipment, inspect materials, and ensure production targets are met while following safety and ISO procedures.

The role requires basic math and reading/writing, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and willingness to work overtime and varying shifts. Manufacturing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic math skills and ability to read, write, and understand instructions.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Start-up and operate equipment
• Troubleshoot and adjust equipment as necessary
• Follow ISO, environmental, and safety procedures
• Perform mechanical work using hand/power tools
• Pack and secure materials for transport
• Work as part of a production team to meet targets
