EnerSys is a global leader in stored energy solutions, seeking a Plant 1 Production Operator II for 12‑hour shifts in Springfield, MO. You will perform assembly work and operate equipment per work instructions, ensuring traceability and quality.

Requires a high school diploma or GED, basic math, ability to read/write, and a valid forklift license. Must lift up to 50 lbs, stand long hours, and be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to do basic math.
• Ability to read, write, and understand the local language.
• Possess a valid forklift driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Operate equipment to assemble product.
• Record accurate production and traceability information as required.
• Complete equipment set-up/changeover configurations.
• Complete cycle counts.
• Follow work procedures/operating instructions.
• Participate in cross-training of processes as assigned.
• Inspect own work and inspect work of others to ensure the reduction of defects and enhanced product quality.
