Job summary

MG2, an affiliate of Colliers Engineering & Design, is seeking an Architectural Staff – Industrial in Minneapolis, MN. You will oversee development and execution of architectural construction documents, coordinating with consultants and internal teams through all design phases and project close‑out.

You will contribute to QA/QC reviews, maintain documentation standards, and assist with submittals and site‑visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in a professional architecture firm.
• Proficiency with Revit, Auto‑CAD, and MS Office.
• Demonstrated experience with collaboration software such as Bluebeam, Miro, and Teams.
• Experience coordinating architectural construction documents; prior work on diverse project types preferred.
• Ability to read, write and understand English for job communications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production and coordination of contract deliverables (drawings, specs, exhibits) and ensure alignment with contract and design intent.
• Collaborate with internal design staff to integrate deliverables into contract documents.
• Coordinate deliverables with external consultants and partners.
• Conduct code research and feasibility studies with AHJ coordination.
• Provide administrative support (agendas, minutes, trackers, RFIs).
• Guide staff on MG2 documentation standards and templates.
